BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) administered on Sep2024 or Oct2024 and hospitalization occurred for two nights or for four nights.; Sender’s Comments: Based on the information currently available, a lack of efficacy with 62b2 omicron (kp.2) in this patient cannot be completely excluded. The patient’s predispositions such as old age, underlying disease/ concomitant medications leading to immunity insufficiency may contribute to suboptimal response after vaccination.
