Right thigh swelling and redness at injection site that began the same day vaccine was given. Progressed to a small nodule noted 3 days after and darkened overlying skin. Nodule has gradually decreased in size, mild hyperpigmentation continues along with localized hypertrichosis in area – about 8 mm.
