Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Mild abrasion to nose due to fall-Mild, Additional Details: Vaccination log in and adminstration was completed. Patient was nervous throughout the adminstration. Afterwards, patient asked for a few minutes in the vaccination area by herself and was given that. Mins after vac, she fainted. Staff immediately tended to the patient and I called 911.While on the phone with 911, patient gained conscious and was asked if she was fine which she answered yes. She denied EMS dispatch. PharmD cleared pt to leave with caregiver afterwards.
