The day after the Covid vaccine I was in the Emergency Room. I thought I had a blood clot in my brain. The excruciating pain like stabbing in the base of my skull, left temple, jaw, neck and down my left arm. It was the worst migraine like headache I had ever experienced with nauseous and vomiting.

Patient had received first dose of ABRYSVO on 01/02/2025. At visit on 01/14/2025, patient inadvertently was given a second dose of ABRYSVO. Patient has not reported any adverse effects to this date (01/28/2025). Reporting into VAERES as informational.

mother says in April 2024 he developed a dry cough. He was treated with antibiotics. By August 6th he was taken to his pedatrician to be checked. He had EKG, Chest XRAY, Bloodwork. He was prescribed another round of antibiotics. On August 15th he was rushed to Hospital ER. He was treated for severe tacycardia. His heartrate was 250. He was monitored for hours. He was released to follow up a cardiologist. They did an EKG and placed a heart monitor on him for 30 days. On Oct 30th 2024, he went into sustained ventricular tacycardia for 60 seconds. He was rushed to emergency room. He was admitted and treated for two weeks. They performed a cardiac ablasion on Nov. 4th. This procedure did not go well as he almost past away during the procedure. It took twice as long as it should have because when they zapped the heart and it skipped to the outside of the wall of the heart. He was sent to the cardiac ICU for recovery. They are not sure why his heart is in this condition. His genetic testing shows no reasoning for his medical condition and he is not unhealthy or do drugs, smoke or vape. He is now on sotolol medication indefinately and has severe restrictions. There is discussion of a pacemaker, difibulator, or another procedure in near future.

After receiving influenza vaccine, infant cried Was going to checkout, cried more and then was choking. Colored witnessed to turn red and medical staff was alerted. Pulse ox 98%, HR 137, Resp 24. Infant noted to be flushed all over body and even some acrocyanosis of feet but cap refill < 2 secs Heart RRR no murmur and lungs clear. Given Benadryl 5ml orally. Color was spontaneously gradually turning to normal. Recheck prior to dc 10 minutes later Happy, normal color RRR , lungs clear, pulse 130, pulse ox 97%

Lymphadenopathy, arm pain (at injection site), spitting up blood, malaise, headache.

client received vaccines, has history of vasovagal reactions. Post vaccine stayed in exam room with nurse for 5-10min. Client was well appearing and had no reports of dizziness or feeling faint. While waiting in waiting room, roughly 5min after waiting, mom reported the client “fainted”. Brought client to exam room, was noted to be pale but AOx3. Client was laid flat with feet up for 10-15min, BPs were checked at 5 min intervals. After 15min client sat up and BP was checked one final time. BPs WNL.

1/25 patient noticed area of injection site was red, itchy and raised. 1/26 patient described injection site as red, hard, hot to the touch with a white line growing around the edge. Later on 1/26 patient went to Walk-in clinic and was told it did not look like cellulitis but suspected infection. An antibiotic was sent over on Monday and picked up by patient who then reported incident. She reported that 1/27 the injection site had flattened out but was still red and warm to the touch. With improvement she was considering not to pick up doxycycline that was prescribed but she decided to pick up and start administration.

patient received a covid vaccine beyond use date. Vaccine would have been beyond use date on 12/27/24. Patient received the vaccine on 01/06/2025
